Fees explained
Exactly what you pay — and what you don't
We keep pricing transparent. Here's every fee on the platform and how it works.
Booking fee & Currents
A fixed fee of $1.49–$2.99 (depending on your plan) applies to each completed booking and to manual invoices sent through the platform. It's deducted from Currents, your prepaid platform balance.
Top up Currents with $20, $50, $100, $200 packs, or switch on auto top-up so you never run low. We'll alert you when your balance gets low.
Online card payments
When customers pay an invoice by card, Stripe's card processing fee is deducted from the payment. Stripe sets these rates and they vary by card type and can change, so check Stripe directly for the current fees.
Flows Jobs takes no commission on the invoice amount. Bank transfers have no platform fee at all.
SMS credit
Every plan includes monthly SMS credit ($4 / $10 / $20 / $50 on Starter / Team / Pro / Elite). Plan credit refreshes each billing month; unused plan credit doesn't roll over.

Add more people than your plan includes at any time. On Starter, extra users can be added with the Employee role. Team and Pro can add Employees, Admins and Accountants. Elite includes unlimited team members at no extra cost.
Travel tracking
Per tracked employee, per month
Record every trip your staff make between jobs — GPS route, kilometres and travel time — for payroll, reimbursements and client billing. The per-employee price drops on higher plans.

Billing FAQ
Questions about pricing
How does the free trial work?
Choose a plan when you register your business and your trial starts straight away — 14 days on Starter, 30 days on Team, 30 days on Pro, 30 days on Elite. You'll be asked for a card through Stripe's secure checkout, and you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Billing in the app or the web portal. Changes take effect on your subscription straight away.
What are Currents?
Currents is your prepaid platform balance. Booking fees are deducted from it automatically, so you never receive surprise bills. Top up whenever you like, or enable auto top-up.
Do customers pay anything to use Flows Jobs?
No. The customer app is free to download and use. Customers only pay the business for the services they book.
Are there any commissions on my jobs?
No. Flows Jobs never takes a percentage of your job value. You pay your monthly plan, a small fixed booking fee, and Stripe's card processing fee when customers pay online (set by Stripe — see stripe.com/au/pricing for current rates).
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and there are no cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept for subscriptions?
Subscriptions, Currents and SMS top-ups are paid by card through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your full card details.
