1. Introduction

Welcome to Flows-Job ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Flows-Job mobile application and services.

By registering for an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Customer" means a user who books services through the Platform
• "Business" means a verified service provider registered on the Platform
• "Employee" means a technician or worker assigned to perform jobs
• "Service" means work or tasks offered by Businesses through the Platform
• "Platform" means the Flows-Job mobile application and related services

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You provide false or misleading information
• Your actions harm or could harm other users or the Platform
• You engage in fraudulent activity

4. For Customers

4.1 Booking Services

• Bookings are requests and must be confirmed by the Business
• You must provide accurate service location and requirements
• You agree to be available at the scheduled time
• Cancellation policies apply as specified by each Business

4.2 Payment

• Prices are set by Businesses and displayed before booking
• You agree to pay the agreed amount for services rendered
• Payment terms are between you and the Business
• The Platform may facilitate payments but is not a party to the transaction

4.3 Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe working conditions for Employees
• Ensure accurate information about the job requirements
• Be present or arrange access for scheduled services
• Treat service providers with respect

5. For Businesses

5.1 Business Registration

• You must provide valid ABN (Australian Business Number)
• All business information must be accurate and current
• You must have appropriate licenses and insurance
• Your business will be reviewed and approved by Platform administrators

5.2 Service Provision

• You are responsible for the quality of services provided
• You must honor confirmed bookings
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are responsible for your employees' conduct

5.3 ABN Verification

• We verify ABNs through the Australian Business Register
• Inactive or invalid ABNs will not be approved
• You must update your ABN information if it changes
• Providing false ABN information may result in account termination

5.4 Business Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Comply with work health and safety regulations
• Ensure employees are qualified and properly trained
• Honor quoted prices and service agreements
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

6. For Employees

6.1 Employment Relationship

• Your employment relationship is with the Business, not the Platform
• The Platform does not employ you or control your work
• Employment terms are between you and your employer
• You must comply with your employer's policies and procedures

6.2 Time Tracking

• You must accurately record work time
• False time reporting may result in account suspension
• Your employer has the right to review and approve timesheets
• Disputes should be resolved with your employer

6.3 Professional Conduct

• Maintain professional behavior at all times
• Follow safety protocols and regulations
• Respect customer property and privacy
• Complete jobs to the best of your ability

7. Platform Role and Responsibilities

7.1 Platform as Intermediary

• Flows-Job is a marketplace connecting Customers and Businesses
• We do not provide services directly
• We are not responsible for the quality of services
• We do not employ Businesses or Employees

7.2 Verification and Monitoring

• We verify business ABNs through official channels
• We may monitor Platform activity for compliance
• We review businesses before approval
• We may suspend or remove users who violate Terms

7.3 Platform Limitations

We are not responsible for:

• Quality, safety, or legality of services
• Accuracy of user-provided information
• Disputes between users
• Actions or omissions of Businesses or Employees
• Loss or damage arising from use of the Platform

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Interfere with Platform operations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Use automated systems to access the Platform
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy Platform content without permission

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform Content

• The Platform and its content are owned by Flows-Job
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content
• Trademarks and logos are property of their respective owners

9.2 User Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You represent that you have rights to content you submit
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

10. Privacy and Data

• Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy
• We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy
• You consent to data processing necessary for Platform operation
• We implement security measures to protect your data

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party actions or services

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flows-Job, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Services provided by you (for Businesses)

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

13.2 Disputes Between Users

• Disputes between users should be resolved directly
• We may provide information to assist resolution
• We are not obligated to mediate disputes

13.3 Disputes with Platform

• You agree to first attempt informal resolution
• Disputes will be subject to mediation before legal action
• Legal disputes will be handled in Victorian courts

14. Changes to Terms

• We may modify these Terms at any time
• Changes will be posted in the app with updated date
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
• Material changes will be notified via email or app notification

15. General Provisions

15.1 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

15.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Flows-Job.

15.3 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
